SARAH PREBLE

Founder

Sarah Preble is a dynamic executive search consultant who founded Search Heights in January 2020 with the goal of delivering excellence: excellence in client service, excellence in candidate service, and a desire for everybody involved in the hiring process to have a great experience. As the founder, Sarah has generated more than $1.4 million in placement revenue while maintaining an exceptional 92% placement retention rate. Her expertise lies in identifying and securing high-caliber talent for organizations ranging from innovative startups to Fortune 150 companies, with a proven track record of successfully placing C-Suite executives commanding compensation packages exceeding $650,000.

Bringing 22+ years of combined executive search, client delivery, and business development experience, Sarah has a deep understanding of hiring, talent needs and organizational structure, allowing her to deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences - the “right fit” we are all looking for. With 54 executive placements across Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, Legal, and Construction sectors, she has built exclusive partnerships with premier organizations. Her specialized expertise in accounting and finance, across 50+ placements, has established Search Heights as the primary executive search partner for many high-growth Southwestern US companies.

As an entrepreneur, Sarah empathizes with the daily challenges of growing a company, and works closely to understand her clients’ businesses, many of whom are entrepreneurial. She brings innovative recruitment approaches including custom microsites, executive video content, and a proprietary client portal that transforms the executive search experience. Prior to founding Search Heights, Sarah honed her recruitment expertise at Lucas Group, where she earned the prestigious 2019 President’s Club Award.

Sarah holds certifications in 12 Driving Forces and DISC Profile (TTI Success Insights) and Hogan Assessment, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Certificate in Career Management from Stanford University. Her approach combines deep industry knowledge with a genuine commitment to understanding both client needs and candidate aspirations, leveraging sophisticated assessment tools to ensure optimal candidate-company matches that drive long-term success.
