SARAH PREBLE, FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

As Managing Director and Founder of Search Heights, Sarah brings more than 20 years of executive search, sales, and consulting experience with a specialization in Finance and Accounting leadership placements. Since founding Search Heights in January 2020, she has established the firm as a premier executive search and leadership advisory partner for high-growth organizations.

Her strategic approach combines sophisticated assessment methodologies with deep industry knowledge, delivering transformational leadership solutions for organizations ranging from innovative startups to Fortune 150 companies. Sarah’s expertise in identifying exceptional C-suite talent has resulted in successful placements commanding compensation packages exceeding $1M.

A native of Wisconsin, Sarah has lived in Chicago, Milwaukee, London, Southern California, Las Vegas, Salt Lake and now Park City, Utah. Prior to executive search, Sarah gained valuable leadership experience managing large-scale sales & marketing operations at Red Bull North America, demonstrating her ability to drive performance and build high-impact teams. She holds certifications in TTI Success Insights (DISC, 12 Driving Forces), Hogan Assessments, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Certificate in Career Management from Stanford University.
