SARAH PREBLE, FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

As Managing Director and Founder of Search Heights, Sarah brings more than 20 years of experience across executive search, sales, and consulting. In her search practice, she specializes the placements of financial officers. Since founding Search Heights in January 2020, she has established the firm as a premier executive search and leadership advisory partner for high-growth organizations.

Recent Client Experience

Sarah has completed more than 70 finance and accounting assignments across the Western US. Her recent Financial Officers assignments include supporting the CEO of a mid-size private home building company in a succession planning strategy through the introduction of a new CFO, and subsequently assisting the new CFO in building out his top team with two VP placements in Accounting and FP&A. She also recently supported the CFO of a $700M PE-backed early childhood development company through succession planning strategy with the introduction of a new VP of FP&A.

Her strategic approach combines sophisticated assessment methodologies with deep industry knowledge, delivering transformational leadership solutions for organizations ranging from innovative startups to Fortune 150 companies. Sarah’s expertise in identifying exceptional C-suite talent has resulted in successful placements commanding compensation packages exceeding $1M.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Certificate in Career Management from Stanford University.
