Al’s extensive career includes strategic roles with IBM’s Strategy & Change Practice, Accenture’s Institute for Strategic Change, and organizational consulting at Suncorp-Metway. He has also contributed as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School and served as a lecturer at Columbia University, Thunderbird, and UCLA’s Anderson School of Business.
